Everyone at Mallards Marsh, We wanted to take a moment to thank you for making our wedding day perfect. We’ve been meaning to email you earlier, but with buying a new house and starting work back up we lost track of time. Everyone there from the wait staff up to Deborah made our day so special and perfect. My experience at the Spalon was amazing. I couldn’t begin to count the number of people who said “Oh my, your hair is gorgeous!” Holly, you were able to keep everything so organized and it all went so smoothly. Your calm kindhearted personality got us through just those few bumps early on and we thank you for that. To Johanna and all the catering staff, the food was amazing. Everyone at our wedding commented on how delicious everything was. The cake was everything I imagined it to be and it tasted even better.

We can’t wait until our one year anniversary to eat the mini cake. To the bar and wait staff, all we kept hearing was how cute and friendly everyone was. The music, kudos to Parker for putting on a great party. All of our guests said the music was perfect and that they haven’t enjoyed dancing so much at any other wedding. Sue, thank you for learning our specials songs to play at our ceremony. It was beautiful. Deborah, Madeline, and Matt the pictures are unbelievable. We had so much fun working with you all the day of the wedding and during the trash the dress. The only problem is that we can’t decide which pictures to buy. We have it narrowed down to 67 as of now, and we are still working. Melissa, our little hostage negotiator, thank you so much for calming our fears and listening to all our concerns. You were right, everything did turn out perfectly. Everyone warned us about the little bumps that were going to happen the day of the wedding and of course we had a couple. The two hiccups we had were with the flowers and the limo. Those were the two services we arranged that weren’t with you.
Thanks again,
Sarah and C.J. Schleicher

Madeline, Ryan, and Sarah,
You guys did an awesome job photographing our families beach portrait!
We were so amazed at how many great shots you were able to get out of the session. With our boys…it sometimes feels so impossible to even get them to look and smile… Some how you were able to get them to do both. I guess its like you said. the more you run around and act like idiots, the more they tend to laugh and look!
We are so pleased with the outcome of the photos and will recommend you to anyone who is interested in having a family portrait taken!
Thanks again,
Stacy Grant

Hey Holly-
I just wanted to thank you again for the beautiful job you did with the flowers. They were stunning. I appreciate you listening to what I wanted and executing it so wonderfully. I have received many compliments from the guests about how beautiful the flowers were. Great job!
If you ever need a reference or if you would like me to email Debbie and pass along my thoughts on the job you did I would be happy to.
Thanks again!
Allison K. Parker

Hello to all-
I just wanted to touch base with everyone at Beach ball events to let you know how grateful and thankful Donnie and I are to each and everyone of you! We could not have been happier. The beach setup was beautiful, and I thought Frank the pastor did a great job. Everyone said he could hear him and the service he did was wonderful. I heard there were even dolphins that were even kind enough to swim by for the guests before the wedding started.
Holly did a great job with the flowers also. The violin was beautiful too and added a little something special and unique to the ceremony.
I loved it that you all were so organized and everything ran smoothly. Rachel, if there were any problems, I certainly did not know it, which is exactly how I like it! You did great and I wasn’t worried about a thing you clearly knew what you were doing. The pictures came out terrific too! I know I was a challenge, I bet Madeline ( I am sure I spelled that wrong) had to throw out a ton as usually my eyes are shut in at least half! However, you wouldn’t know it from the photographs, they were great!
The reception turned out good too. I am telling you I don’t have a bad word to say, I am thrilled. The food….was the bomb! Everyone raved over it. I have gotten a bazillion compliments over the cake. I told everyone I baked it in my spare time. Just kidding, Linda, it tasted as good as it looked! You are truly one talented lady. Parker, that was not an easy crowd to get dancing in the am and you managed to get them out there. I am very thankful to you! Donnie was ecstatic that you pronounced our name right….Chuyka is not an easy one! It’s going to take me a little time to get used to it too. Haha!
The only thing I wished I did differently was to order more sangria! Not a bad complaint all in all. So, everyone, I just wanted you too know how happy and thankful I am to each and every one of you whom made my day (and Donnie’s too)that much more special! I know all of you do many weddings, but, you made me feel like ours was the only one and for that I am truly grateful!

To all involved,
Just getting settled and haven’t had time to write this as soon as I would have liked. I just wanted to pass along all the compliments that we received regarding the wedding.
All of us agreed, that it turned out exactly as we had imagined. Your staff was wonderful and accomodating from the beginning to end. The wedding weekend where the bride and groom attends and speaks to the vendor, was a wonderful idea. It helped make a lot of decisions and put all of our minds at ease.
The entire week began with our guests arriving into their perspective homes…and the party began. It was such a special time for all of us to be able to be together on the same vacation/event. We have a close and large family and friends, and we relish every moment, together. The week’s weather was ever changing, but proved to be absolutely beautiful on the wedding day. And even though the bride had a “Meet the Parents” moment and smashed the volleyball into her forehead, leaving a bump, lol, during a competitive game, the ice and makeup helped us recover from that moment. The beach ceremony was perfect and we received many compliments on the ceremony and the “cool” reverend. It was simple, but perfect!! On to the reception…when I walked into the hall I was awed and almost cried! It was simple but elegant. We could not believe how nice the centerpieces, cake, memorial table and candy station turned out. The selection of beer and wines, were perfect. The DJ played what the Bride/Groom and bridal party wanted. Now for the best part, the food was awesome! I’ve been to a lot of weddings and actually catered for years. This may have been some of the best food I have ever had, which was echoed by all the guests. It was hot and tasted wonderful. I am very particular on the temperature of my food, when served, but this was served at the perfect temperature. I was skeptical on the food because it is usually with good presentation, but turns out to be bland, cold or both. The tenderloins were so tender I even went up for more. The appetizers were also awesome.
We had a budget and stayed within our budget. Yeah we could have gone over budget and had an extravagent wedding, but I actually think this was the way to go, small, simple but elegant. Adriannas has a perfect location, with it’s view, just added to the ambiance. As you can tell, couldn’t be more pleased with this event. The entire week, ending with the perfect wedding have created such special memories for the rest of our lives, and we thank you for that! And for the record, the groom had a smile on his face the entire day, none like I have ever seen before. I wanted to blog on the knot but could not find out how to do that. So please feel free to use our photos and this email as a reference to all your future brides.
One last note, just an fyi. After booking with you, we met up with a photographer in Duck, requesting her assistance. She turned us down, saying she doesn’t work with your company. Would not say anymore, I guess probably trying to be ethical. However, I must say she scared us and did not recommend going with the first one we visited. That worried all of us involved in the decision, for quite some time. Don’t know what her beef was, but you could not have proven her more wrong. Needless, to say we worried for nothing!! Probably just talked to some spoiled Bridezillas, that nothing makes them happy…she didn’t know we weren’t like that.
Special thanks to Linda Bradley, great salesperson, convincing us this was the place to have our wedding and answering sooo many questions, that first day. I am craving that crab dip I sampled! Delicious!
Thank you so much,
Sincerely,
Eileen Aston
